Very ripe roast tomatoes, leftover chicken and basil

Tonight… quick tea while kids were in the bath:

All the very ripe tomatoes in the fridge in a hot (220ish) oven with a garlic clove. 20 minutes or so until they’re turning black (long enough to get kids out of bath and into bed).

Threw in the remnants of Sunday’s chicken, 20-ish basil leaves, some cream and everything mixed up. Added to some pasta and woooo! a lot of yumminess per minute
